During your initial visit, we will meet via telehealth for approximately 60–75 minutes. The primary focus is to establish a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. This begins with an open and thoughtful discussion of your concerns, with the intention of understanding you as a whole person—not solely your symptoms.

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will allow us to explore your current experiences in depth and begin developing a personalized and appropriate treatment plan.

After the first meeting, what comes next?

Follow Up Appointments

Following the initial visit, we will meet to review your progress and discuss how you have been since our last appointment. During these follow-ups, we will revisit and refine your treatment plan, which may include medication management, laboratory evaluation, or holistic interventions.

Treatment plans are individualized; however, follow-up visits are typically scheduled on a monthly basis.
